Pilates Mat: This is a class where exercises are aimed at preventing posture problems by strengthening the stomach, back and lower back muscles, and to increase physical endurance.
Indoor Cycling: A fun class accompanied by music where exercises are aimed at increasing aerobic capacity as well as fat burning, and endurance and performance are at their peak.
Zumba/ Latin Dance Aerobic: A fun exercise class accompanied by Latin tunes such as salsa and merengue improving fitness and coordination at the same time.
Gloria Self-Defense Training: A self-defence class where particularly taekwondo, karate, and boxing techniques are used for individual self-defence, and aimed at improving strength and fitness at the same time.
Total Body Workout: An exercise programme accompanied by music where the body’s own weight and special equipment are used to improve the whole body’s strength, fitness, and endurance.
HydroWorx/ Aqua Fitness Training: A workout programme aimed at increasing fitness and strength, which is performed in a special pool with an integrated tread mill, and where water resistance and depth can be adjusted.
