Pre Activity Massage

Pre activity massage is a short, specific treatment given immediately before (30 minutes- 24 hours before) a sports event. The goal of massage is to increase your circulation, flexibility and mental clarity to improve your performance.

Post Activity Massage

Post-Event Sports Massage is performed usually within two hours after the athlete’s activity has ended. Optimal application would be 15 minutes after such an event, however, positive effects may be experienced up to 10 hours after the event. The techniques are applied directly to the skin using an oil or cream lubricant. Recovery is the primary purpose of post-event sports massage and aim of the post activity massage is to relax your muscle tone, improve your recovery circulation, and restore your flexibility. This allows for a quicker recovery and return to training without the usual stiffness and soreness.
